User Journey is automatically completed for employee

User Journey is automatically completed for employee and journey is not visible to the employee

I logged in as LM or HR and assigned journey to employee, when we refresh the page or logout/login then the journey status is automatically showing as completed. When I login as employee the journey is not visible. Please mention if any settings, process, roles are involved here.
