Adding new dimension in "Global Involuntary Deductions" Balance Group Usage causing duplicate rows

Summary:

Payroll Register Report not listing "Child Support Processing Fee" balance values. To resolve this, we have tried to follow below approach. This approach is giving proper results for "Child Support Processing Fee" balance but resulting in duplicate row for "Child Support" balance in "Payroll Register Report".
