Messages tab introduced in 22B Oracle Recruiting release

Starting 22B, a new "Messages" tab is introduced that will have all the messages (email and/or SMS) sent to candidates. Messages Tab makes it easy to find all system sent emails and/or SMS to candidates in one single place.

All communication messages from the system or hiring team to candidates (e.g. JA confirmation, Invitation to Apply, Interviews, Job Offers) will be tracked as part of the Messages tab.

Messages tab is available on Candidates, Job Applications, Prospect, and Pool Members.

Changes from 22A:

Please note that all communication interactions (tracked as “Sent-Email” or “Sent-SMS” interaction type) from previous releases will only be accessible from the “Messages” tab. The Interaction types “Sent-Email” and “Sent-SMS” will no longer be available for the users to select while creating an interaction. Customers can create custom interaction types if they choose to manually track emails/SMS sent outside the recruiting system.
