Not having permissions on my tenancy after tenancy name has been changed

I don't have any permission on my tenancy after I did change the name of the tenancy.

Hello,
I don't have any permission once I access to my tenancy. I had before the name changed an instance which is already up and working (I can access through ssh) but when I sign in to the oracle cloud infrastructure I don't have any permissions to check instances, or even the tenancy itself.
I've asked through the support chat, they told me that my tenancy is terminated, but I think it's just because of the tenancy name has been changed. Anyway they told me to write here.
