Unable to use Performance Management Overall Rating in Dynamic Calculation

Summary:

We are integrating Oracle Workforce Compensation & Oracle Performance Management and fetching employee's overall rating in worksheet. When trying to use in Dynamic Calculations, Proper calculation is not getting done

In Compensation worksheet, I've enabled Standard column, Performance management overall rating. With this column, I'm getting overall rating of the employee in the worksheet. Using this column, I need to perform dynamic calculation to fetch Increment percentage. following is the condition I've written

When I try to run refresh, Dynamic calculation is not getting performed.

I've tried below condition also. (Instead of rating, I've inputted rating level ID). Still not working.
