Education Details Section is not visible for the recruiter

Hello Experts,

On the Candidate Job Application, the Education details section is not visible for recruiters.

We are collecting the Education details from the external Candidates thru the external career sites. The collected data is not visible to our recruiters. What are we missing?

There were numerous requisitions opened with the same configuration, Candidates applied and the recruiters are able to see the data on the candidates application. The issue encountered very recently for 3 applications and the list is growing rapidly. Can please advise?


I have opened an SR with Oracle about 20 days ago and never heard back. They just lower the priority with the comment our issue is not eligible for SR1. Our recruiters are frustrated because they cannot make the hiring decisions with this issue.
