Privileges or user roles to see Model Profile in My Client Groups>Profile page

Summary:

Hello experts,

there is a user with all administrative roles (i.e Human Resource Manager/Specialist; Application Administrator seeded roles and others) who can see Profile tab under My Client Groups, but he/she cannot see any tasks as Model Profiles for example.

Which privilege or user seeded role is missing?
