Steps to recreate

  1. Go to Sales > Territories
  2. Click Manage Proposal and create a new proposal
  3. Pick a territory and check the Coverages tab


Expected Result:

Address and Dimensional Coverage should say ‘No data to display’


Actual Result:

When I delete the row, there is row that remains with 'Any' as values
