profile content section access error

Summary:

I have added the Manage HCM Data Role privilege to my custom role to give access to the profile content section task but receive the following error message: 'Attribute ObjectId in FndGrantsEO is required'

Content (required):

I am trying to give access to the profile content section task to a custom version of the human resource specialist role. The requirement is for this custom role to be able to control profile content section access rather than rely on a user with the IT Security Manager role.

I have found and followed document 2426576.1 which provides the following guidance:

The Manage Profile Content Section Access Task Flow is assigned to this Privilege - Manage HCM Data Role. Out of the box, the Manage HCM Data Role privilege is assigned to IT Security Manager Job Role (Role Code: ORA_FND_IT_SECURITY_MANAGER_JOB)
