Geography Hierarchies

edited May 24, 2022 1:01PM in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace 3 comments

Summary:

Geography Hierarchy ‘Add Sublevels’ button is not visible

Content (required):

Our geography hierarchy was created with just the Country and no levels. I have now added ‘City’ as Level 1 to the geography hierarchy structure, but when I go to the geography hierarchy and search for the Country, and expand to see the cities, there are no values. The ‘Add Sublevels’ button is not visible.

If I go to Actions, I can only 'duplicate' it or 'update geography names'.

Please advise what I should do, to display the Levels (City)
