HCM use hierarchy level column in the plan
Hello,
I need to know the hierarchy level between an employee and a worksheet manager (proxy manager).
I see this value in 'hierarchy level' column, but it is only displayed. When I try to use it in dynamic column it returns different value - number of levels between an employee and CEO (I checked it in a custom hierarchy_num column), which is useless for me.
Is there any way to use this exact value (levels between employee and proxy) in dynamic column?
Thank you!
