Can we enter notes anyway about learning assignments or activities?
I'm looking for suggestions on where we could potentially enter a note about a particular learning assignment, which we can view on a report. It could be against the learning assignment, or the individual activity, however it must show on a report.
We have an escalation process for our compliance training, which eventually involves senior managers. Currently the process is managed outside of OLC and our administrator keeps a manual tracker where she notes down any specific reasons given for non-compliance. The reason for this is to ensure we don't involve senior leaders when the employee can't complete the training because they've been off, or there is a technical problem etc.
