Custom Solve Orders on Mvmt and Consol Removed with 22.5

Summary: We had an issue with the latest patch, 22.5, where our custom Consolidation and Movement solve orders were wiped out by the patch. The patch listed a specific solve order changes to Movement, but nothing on Consolidation.

Largest issue was tracking the change because we are unable to see the delivered solve orders outside of the new Dimension editor GUI. Did anyone else have any issues with the patch and solve orders? We only noticed because we use Replay report testing on our test environments once patched. We load test the reports with 10 users, and noted a large increase in report times after the patch. Solve order updates were the cause. We had to put the custom solve orders back in place, using production as a reference, to get the report
