Need to get summary of failed records of Incentive Compensation Participant Detail Import process

Content (required):

I am submitting Incentive Compensation Participant Detail Import process via submitESSJobRequest(SOAP) from OIC. Il be attaching a zip file(source) for this that may have 50+ Participant records. Consider if 20 records in that fail, I need to send a report of failed records to the client. How to get the failed record/participant details. Can it be done via a report . Can anyone please share the table names
