Unable to pull specific employees for a performance report

Team - My counts vary as I try to pull additional fields from a specific report that pulls from the following areas:

  1. Compensation - Workforce Compensation Real Time
  2. Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time

As I pull the columns from worker I do not see any issues. But the minute I try to add Department from Department folder or Job code from Job folder I start to lose employees. I have checked the specific department and job name and they are active. There are very select employees who do not appear for that job code/Department while others do.
