Job Application Grid View - Impact on the system

Hello everyone,

We are currently testing the Job Application Grid View and we are trying to understand two things:

1) If a user has both the needed privileges (Personalize Candidate Job Application Lists and Manage Candidate Job Application Lists), except for the opportunity to change the Job Application Grid View, is there any other impact on the system?

2) When we create new columns (please see the below screenshot) how are they populated? Because during the job application the candidate answered to a pre-screening question about their education, but in the Grid View it has not been populated. Where are these information are derived from?
