is HR Extraction Date available attribute to include on a comp statement?

I need to include the HR Extraction Date on a change statement template instead of hardcoding the date in the "your data is as of X date" section.

Is it possible? I didn't find it on the All Attributes List that i downloaded. Did I miss it?
