Line Type defaulting logic for requisition lines created from Workorder

Content (required):

Our requisitioning and procurement business function has Line Type set to Goods. We have Outside Processing PRs created from Workorder and material PRs created from Planning. we have OSP (for Outside processing Items), Goods, Services, Fixed Price services, Expenses defined as Line types

Requirement is

1.For OSP PR created from workorder should be defaulted to OSP as Line Type

2.For Planning PR created from planning workbench should be defaulted to goods

However, OSP PR created from work order always having Goods as line type based on default value set on Req BU setup. we have BPAs created with line type as OSP so cannot select those agreements for sourcing these OSP PRs. How to handle this scenario?
