You have an Account with SourceSystem = CSV and SourceSystemReferenceValue = CSV123, and an Address associated with that account: SourceSystem = CSV, SourceSystemReferenceValue = CSV_ADD123.

This Account was deleted (inactivated), and purged (deleted).

Then, the Scheduled process "Delete Child Entities of Inactive Party Records" was run.

You imported that same Account, with the Address it had.

The import process errors when re-importing the same address:

 Details: This error occurred while importing data: A record with the value CSV, CSV_ADD123 already exists. Enter a unique value..
