What is the process to Roll Back a QuickPay Post 22B Upgrade
Summary:
After the 22B patch is applied, the process to roll back a Quickpay has changed.
Content (required):
After the 22B patch is applied, 'View Process Results' is no longer available. When you navigate to 'Person Results' and select roll back on a Quickpay for an employee, the results is removed from the employees 'Person Results' screen. However, if you navigate to 'View Flows', the Quickpay will appear there in a status of 'Complete', instead of 'Rolled Back'.
From the 'View Flows' screen, you can click into the Quickpay (...if you are the user who submitted the quickpay) and first mark the SOE as incomplete, then mark the Calc Quickpay incomplete, selecting 'Roll back', to have the process show this quickpay has been rolled back.
