Summary:

Talent Review uses Performance, Potential, Talent Score, Risk of Loss, and Impact of Loss. Is it possible to add more Fields?

Client is using 9 different parameters, where some of them are not mapped to Performance, Potential, Talent Score, Risk of Loss, and Impact of Loss. Is is possible to add more fields?

Also we need to add a calculated field based on Weights Multiplied by the Ratings from the other Fields.
