How to identify the population in person security profile for a DFF attribute.

Hello Everyone,

We have a requirement to find out a way to identify among all the population, who has the attribute Qualification like "Dirigenti". Qualification is an attribute within the Employment contracts information.

This is because we have to define a Person security profile based on that, in order to create a data role which is gonna be used by HR to access data for this specific population.

Is there any alternative to using custom SQL Query to achieve the requirement?
