Summary:

We want to restrict the candidate to apply on a new requisition if the current submission is Active/Under Processing.

Content (required):

In current landscape of the ORC implementation, candidate can apply on any number of requisitions which best fit its requirement criteria.

We want that the candidate should not be able to apply on a new requisition, if the current application is in Active/Under Processing. Like if the candidate is already on Screening/Offer stage on a requisition, then he/she should not be able to apply for a new job opening.
