Activity Duration statistics calculation

I received two different questions from customers on other channels, but I wanted to share them here as this might be useful for other as well.

Content (required):

The first question was about Activity Duration statistics and how they are updated, as well as asking if there is a "time limit" for past activities that system would take in consideration for calculating estimations.

Also, another question was asking if system considers completed activities or other "final status" as well.
