Unable to view Responsibilities and Qualifications blocks of Job Positing while creating Requisition

I have created a ‘Posting Description’ in the content library which includes info in the Responsibilities and Qualifications blocks. I can see this info in my Job Requisition Template (standalone), but when I create a new Requisition (as a Recruiter) using this template, the Responsibilities and Qualifications blocks are not displayed in the ‘Posting Description’ region. However, when I ‘Preview’ the Requisition (Action > Preview Job Requisition) I can see these blocks and info.
How do I enable these fields to be displayed to the Recruiter so that she can edit the info?
