"Save" and "Save and Close" options for Candidate Managment?

Can the option for Save be added to moving candidates between Phase and or States?

Recruiters, who have come to ORC from Taleo, are looking for an option to comment and save while continuing to move through different CSP Phase and States.

For example, I may need to move someone from To Be Reviewed - New to To Be Review - Reviewed and included comment "meets initial review" and then move them to "Screening - Interview Scheduled".

Today such a move requires Actions - Move, change the state, enter the comment, save and close. I then have to perform another Actions - Move to move them again.
