Line Manager can't see Time cards in OTBI

Hi

The Line Manager role can't access time card reports (standard Oracle Time Cards). The reports are standard and delivered by Oracle. The Line Manager per standard has the duty role: FBI_TIME_AND_LABOR_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY which grants access to the Time Card subject areas in OTBI.

However the analysis returns no data. Even though we have time cards in the system. It is not an error message. Just that there are no data in the system.

Do anybody have an idea to why we can't see the data in OTBI?
