Summary:

our business require employees to submit forms on yearly basis, by 1st of Jan. it should be available for all company staff thought we could achieve this using Journey

we have a business need to allocate Journey including 2 to 3 tasks on regular basis - Yearly in this case- without having any conditions nor events to trigger this journey except that employee must spend more than 1 year as length of service
