Get_value_set not working as expected after 22B upgrade

Summary:

Get_value_set not returning values when null values passed in the table value set paramters.

Content (required):

We have a table value set based on parameters. We are calling this value set in a fast formula and parameters are passed. We have a condition to handle null values in parameters but still get_value_set is not returning any values. We have same configuration in production (21D) and its working fine in there but its not working test environment which is in 22B. But when we manually pass parameters in sql query of table value set, it is returning value correctly.
