User receiving error Cannot insert record more than once when attempting to upload AR Receipts using Create Receipts in Spreadsheet file

Content (required): User input receipt details for 21 separate receipts using spreadsheet. Receipt Number and Reference Value were same number as AR invoice. User received error message that batch was out of balance. Upon further review, system only accepted 1 receipt (the 21st). User corrected batch within application by updating the control Count and amount to the 1 receipt. The receipt was loaded and ready for posting; other 20 receipts were ignored. User removed the 1 receipt that was accepted and attempted to reload batch with different name; but received same error message:
