Summary:

We have an application running in our currently free cloud account on an Ubuntu VM.

This isn't an application that we use often and we don't have recent backups of the data on it.

We realized that this VM is not working and will nolonger come online. it looks like the last time it worked was April 26th as that is the last time it reported any CPU usage metrics to Oracle.

From what I can tell it doesn't seem to even make it to the operating system as connecting with the cloud shell only gets me to a login dialogue that I don't have a password or username to as we use the private key to ssh into it and manage it.
