Automatic rejection email language of notification

Hello everyone,
Is it possible to configure the the automatic rejection email notification that is being sent to candidates to be delivered in the language preferred by the candidates when they applied or for the recruiter to determine at requisition level in what language to be delivered?
Has anyone else dealt with such a request?
