Users can see different items from the same agreement depending on the language they use to sign in.

When signing-in in Spanish, the users (in general) can see items A2, B1 and C1

When signing-in in English, the users can see items A1, B2, C2

All items are visible on either of the two languages for all the users. We are experiencing a situation where the system won't let us uploade the category in Spanish. Only in English.
