Reconcilation of Oracle HCM Data with an External Application

edited Jun 6, 2022 7:09AM in HCM Integrations 4 comments

Summary:

We have built a HCM Extract Schedule to get the Oracle HCM Fusion User Data (Pending Workers, New Hire etc.,) and Sync the Data to an Exteranal System Database. User Data should be in Sync between Oracle Fusion Employee Data and External Database, as other Downstream Applications consume data from this External Database (existing Legacy way)

Content (required):

We need to build a Reconcidliation Mechanism to ensure that the User/Employee Data is sync between Oracle Fusion HCM and to the External System Database.

Reconciliation Expectations:

  1. Check the User/Employee Count Match - Need to know which is the best Method to get the Total Count of Users (Employee, Pending Worker etc.,) data in Oracle Fusion HCM

Howdy, Stranger!
