Is there a report for all Compensation worksheet approvals?

I am wondering if there is a report either delivered or custom related to all of the approvals for a Workforce Compensation Plan. Client wants to know as they often get audited. I know that there is an Audit Report for worksheet columns in View Admin Reports but was not sure about an approval report in addition to the Action History on the Manager Landing page. Thanks.
