How to display Grade Level in Job Profile?

Summary:

Each of our job profiles are unique and we assign a Grade Level to each job (and it has an associated salary range). We are currently implementing Oracle HCM and do not see where this Grade level can be captured/displayed; therefore, when employees are searching the jobs to find jobs of interest, they would not see the grade level information and therefore wouldn't know if that other position would be a demotion, lateral, or promotion. How have others handled this?

Content (required):

We were told we cannot add a DFF to that page and we are trying to eliminate the need for dual maintenance (uploading the job code with the GL and then having to remember to update the job profile).

Howdy, Stranger!
