Hide a Compensation Manager's own compensation

Summary:

We plan to give the HRs the role Compensation Manager so they can view plans in their area. However, I was wondering if it was possible to prevent them from seeing any allocation made for them whilst still being able to see everyone else in that department/BU/ext.

Hello experts,

The client I am currently working with would like to prevent HRs (Compensation Managers) from seeing any allocations made to them on workforce compensation plans.

For example, if an HR is based in France, they would like the HR to see every person based in France on the compensation plan except themselves.
