Aggregate Customer Data - Key Customer Options Import using FBDI

Hi,

We have a requirement to load review the history/forecast for only key customers and aggregate all other customer data into one bucket. I am trying to load the data using 'ScpKeyCustomerOptionsImportTemplate.xlsm'.

In this file we have two tabs 1) KeyCusOptnHeader 2) KeyCusOptnMembers. In Header sheet we have a field for aggregation level. This field is not clear for me. I read the document (link) but it is not clear with one statement.

  • If option 2 or 3 was used in previous collection runs, all non-key customer by zone members and data are deleted.
  • Plans using the Key Customer feature become invalid and you have to run them again.
