Free tier suspended - how to fix

Summary: yesterday i got a massage telling me about account suspension (not clear why). The result was my free instance were suspended. When i try to start a message inform me to unsuspend instance i need to contact support.. Support is only available to paid users. So i ask to became a paid user but after 24h i'm still waiting to be updated... It's frustrating. Any other way to fix it?
