Ability to send an attachment to a candidate through ORC

Hello,


My customer needs to send a document to a candidate during the recruiting process.

Is there a way to send attachment through ORC ? I can't find a way through Request Information Flow nor through Message or Notification in the Content Library.

Does anyone have a solution?
