External req not found when searching by req number

Noticed on our Careers site that a req originally posted as internal, that then gets moved to external does not directly pull up when you search by requisition number. For example when searching by a specific req, 58 reqs pull up in the search and the specific req is at the bottom of page 1. The 57 other reqs do not match search criteria. Has anyone else noticed this? Any suggestions?
