Payment considering scheduled working days for calendar days absence

Summary:Sick absence qualification plan is defined to provide leave entitlement such that first 15 calendar days are full paid and beyond that should be half paid. Payment calculation requirement is such that it should consider the working days during that duration (based on the assigned schedule) to be paid through payroll. Can this be achieved through some calculation formula at payroll element level?

Content (required):For example, consider a person with monthly salary as 3000 (working for 5 days schedule from Monday to Friday). Sick leave applied for 20 calendar days from 4/1 to 4/20/22 (first 15 days full pay, half pay after that). Daily rate = Monthly salary/Number of working days = 3000/21=142.85
