Payment considering scheduled working days for calendar days absence
Summary:Sick absence qualification plan is defined to provide leave entitlement such that first 15 calendar days are full paid and beyond that should be half paid. Payment calculation requirement is such that it should consider the working days during that duration (based on the assigned schedule) to be paid through payroll. Can this be achieved through some calculation formula at payroll element level?

Sick leave applied for 20 calendar days from 4/1 to 4/20/22 (first 15 days full pay, half pay after that). Daily rate = Monthly salary/Number of working days = 3000/21=142.85
