Multiple Records Submission in Talent Profiles

Summary:

We have a client that have approvals on Talent Profiles. If an employee adds a record into their profile, it goes off for approval. They are unable to add a second one until the first one is approved. We would like to know if it's possible to add additional records whilst waiting for the first one for be approved.
