Candidate security profile based on custom criteria

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to base the candidate security profile on custom criteria.

The context is the recruiter should be able to see external candidate and should not be able to see internal candidate except interns and apprentice (defined by the contract type in HCM).

I tried to see in candidate security profile but it seems not possible to create a custom criteria.

Somebody has already this case ? How can we manage it ?
