Candidates referred by the agent should have the information following through the agents in ORC

Summary:

Candidates referred by the agent should have the information following through the agents rather than being email directly sent to the candidates.

For the profiles submitted by agency, candidates will receive updates/information about the recruitment directly to the candidates and no feature available to send them via agency and unable to stop the email communications going directly to the candidates.

Can any one suggest is there any way to send the communications to agents instead of candidates for the candidates applications which are submitted by agents or agencies?
