how to remove or edit journeys checklist task when canceling or editing work relationship?

Hello

We have a journey with checklist tasks for new hired employees from pending worker ,and also for HIRE of the employee once converting him from pending,

when we cancel the employees work relationship – the tasks are not removed .We would like them to be removed .

In addition when we add pending worker, and convert the employee with a future hire – new tasks waiting to the future date - and then - change hire date to an earlier date - The task date don’t change -remains on the future date

How can we have the tasks removed in case of a cancel work relationship please
