Summary: Employee access to Competencies

Content (required): I have a requirement of not to provide Add Access to Employees for Competencies Content Section. I tried to remove Edit access from Employee Role in Competencies through Profile Content Section Access, regenerated the Employee data role, ran the processes: Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes and Import User and Role Application Security Data, but it is not working.

I also tried through page composer using below EL expressions:

#{(pageFlowScope.psection_id != 300000059065443 or pageFlowScope.psection_id != 300000002846672)}

#{(pageFlowScope.psection_id == 300000059065443 or pageFlowScope.psection_id == 300000002846672)}

Please let me know if there is any other solution to achieve this requirement.
