How can we calculate proration bonus using assignment segment with different Legal Entities?

Based on Oracle Doc (Doc ID 2830229.1), If the worker has an active assignment as of plan HR data extraction date, that assignment gets picked up for the plan and all Inactive assignments are ignored even if the process is run with 'Include recently terminated workers' option is selected.

Using assignment segments, how can we calculate the proration bonus of employees for those inactive assignments such as employees who transferred legal entities between the plan evaluation start date and HR extraction date?
