PunchOut to asset management system instead of Supplier

Summary:

is it possible to configure punchout functionality to internal asset management system (for example ServiceNow) instead of actual supplier?

Content (required):

standardized purchasing catalog is managed within corporate tech asset management system (ServiceNow). straight forward approach would be to initiate requisition in ServiceNow and interface to Oracle Procurement as PO.

Interested if alternative possible to leverage self-service procurement with punchout capabilities to ServiceNow.

Maybe some other design pattern is possible that i didn't think about yet?
