Summary:

We are looking for an automated way to manage the files in the inbox/outbox of the Planning Cloud instances. We are thinking of 3 usecases:

  • keeping more than 1 daily snapshot by renaming the latest snapshot but then of course deletion of older snapshots (e.g. keep 5 versions only)
  • Batchbursting Output of Reports (PDF or xlsx files) stored under reports/documents: keep more than 1 report version and delete older ones (Financial reports output has a file retention policy to my knowledge) but we would prefer using reports
  • Using "Export Data" (level0 data - to have an option for partial data restore) - keep more than 1 version and delete older versions

Howdy, Stranger!
